I am delighted to share with you the tremendous success of our annual Thanksgiving celebration at JC Auditorium. The event was a true testament to the spirit of gratitude and unity that defines our congregation. Here are some highlights from the memorable occasion.

The turnout for the Thanksgiving service was remarkable. We had an overwhelming number of congregants, both regular attendees, new visitors and all CRC Churches around the island, who joined us in expressing their gratitude to God. The pews were filled with joyous individuals, families, and friends, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The worship teams, CRC Curepipe, CRC Bel Air,  CRC Surinam, CRC Roche Bois and Charitoo Abundant Life Ministries,  led us in uplifting hymns and songs of thanksgiving, stirring our hearts and preparing us for a time of reflection and gratitude. The sermon delivered by Pastor Ten, Pastor Karel, Pastor Marino, Pastor Nadal and Dr Govin was deeply insightful, reminding us of the importance of acknowledging God’s blessings and extending our gratitude to others.

Many individuals took the opportunity to share their personal testimonies of thanksgiving, expressing gratitude for various blessings in their lives. These heartfelt stories resonated with everyone present, fostering a sense of gratitude and encouraging others to reflect on their own blessings.

Overall, the church Thanksgiving celebration was a resounding success. We came together as a community, acknowledging God’s goodness and expressing our gratitude in a meaningful way. It was a time of worship, reflection, fellowship, and service, reminding us of the true essence of Thanksgiving.
